Three Beerschot players leave on international duty

With Yan Vorogovskiy (Kazakhstan), Abdoulie Sanyang (The Gambia) and Stipe Radic (U20 Croatia) three Beerschot players will be on international duty for their respective countries this week.

Vorogovskiy will be playing two World Cup qualifying games. On Sunday 28th March World Champions France travel to Kazakhstan; on Wednesday 31st March Yan and his team mates face Ukraine away.

Abdoulie Sanyang travelled to the Gambia for the final two qualifying games for the Africa Cup: Thursday 25th March home against Angola and Monday 29th March away against the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Gambia needs three points from those two matches to qualify for the Africa Cup for the first time in their country’s history.

And last but not least there is Stipe Radic, who faces Turkey in a friendly game with Croatia’s U20.

Also Musashi Suzuki (Japan) and Ismaila Coulibaly (Mali) were called up to play for their country, but had to decline because of injury.
