Dear supporters, partners and any other stakeholders of Beerschot,
Since 24 September, when we officially took stewardship of this club, we have spent the past months getting to know Beerschot from the inside. We want to share a brief update on our first impressions, what we have been working on, and how we see the future taking shape.
Our first impression has been overwhelmingly positive.
The passion of our supporters, the honesty and warmth of the people around the club, the dedication of our staff, and the potential within our sporting and youth departments reaffirm that Beerschot is a club with a strong heart and a proud identity. It is a privilege to be part of this story.
At the same time, these first months have also shown clear working points that require our focus. We need to strengthen the club’s operational structures and continue upgrading key areas of our sporting and commercial operations. We aim to gradually improve these aspects in a sustainable and long-term way to build a stable and ambitious future.
Since the takeover, our efforts have concentrated on laying foundations.
We have reviewed the organisation, assessed our infrastructure needs, and begun shaping a sustainable sporting and financial plan. This is a period of listening, understanding, and preparing. We will continue to evaluate closely and make the changes needed to move forward with confidence.
Looking ahead, our ambition for the coming years is clear:
We want Beerschot to be a club that competes with pride, develops talent, inspires young people, and represents its fans with dignity - on and off the pitch.
