Axl Van Himbeeck extends contract with Beerschot until 2028Men19 DecBeerschot is proud to announce that Axl Van Himbeeck has extended his contract with the club until the summer of 2028. The midfielder will therefore continue to wear the purple and white shirt for the coming seasons. Van Himbeeck is a true Beerschot youth product and has been part of the first team since 2022. To gain extra experience, he was loaned to Dutch club Helmond Sport last season. Last summer, Axl returned to the Kiel, where he has already played in nine matches this season.
