Beerschot have added Nicksoen Gomis from Sheffield United to their squad. The 20 year old French defender signed an on loan deal until the end of the season, with a buy option on top. Gomis was on trial from last week and gave a good enough impression to clinch the deal.
Gomis is a left footed defender from Evreux in France, went through the Academy ranks at his local club Evreux FC 27 before joining Sheffield United in 2018, where he was part of the U18 and U23 setups.
"Gomis is an option for our defense and our 'number 6' position", technical manager Gyorgy Csepregi says.
